Humans of Safe Places has provided a safe and non judgemental community for its members since its inception in 2018. As an organization, we have built ourselves on the pillars of lived experiences, empathy and community. We believe non-judgemental conversations held in empathetic communities have the power to heal.
With this vision in mind, we are introducing #detoxlove, a campaign educate people on how to build healthier relationships in their life. The best way to heal yourself is through interpersonal relationships and therefore, self healing often starts with healing our relationships with other people.
We have collaborated with the right professionals and therapists to offer you the right tools, exercises, and information about identifying, recognizing, and healing through toxic relationships.
Our Workshops are as follows
* #Detoxlove : Toxic Relationships 101 : A workshop to understand and recognise toxic relationships.
* #Detoxlove : Focused Work for Healing : Expressive Art and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy based tools to help you navigate through toxic relationship.
We will also be further supporting you. Therefore, all the partcipants of the workshop will also get access to HoSP's closed community comprising of

* Therapist approved tools and resources
* Choice to talk and share anonymously
* An empathetic and Non-judgemental safe place
